You can search a large database listing several thousand libraries at http://www.librarytechnology.org/libwebcats/  (although you may only find an address and a phone number, not necessarily online access details).

telnet URLs are given in the form telnet://loginName:password@host. Depending on what telnet helper application you are using, you will probably have to type in the loginName and password manually.

• OPAC means "Online Public Access Catalog". If both a telnet and an http address are given, try the telnet address for OPAC access and the http address for general information.
• CSU is California State University
• UC is the University of California
